A project that was born in early 2004, Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon started out as a small trial game created on RPG Maker 2003. The game was helped along massively by donated sprites by Jami Cable and the game although going through several shift changes in plot and design, began to take shape. A massive hiatus that culminated in a years gap caused the game to cease production, despite the continuation of written plot and graphics.
Eventually, things picked up again and in late 2006 the game began to continue being worked on in heavy doses. Maps began to take place and scenes were being planned out. The game began to form and an early draft of a website was created, allowing for the public to start getting to grips with the game itself.
Unfortunately, things took a bad turn when in early 2008, the author decided that RPG Maker 2003 was no longer compatible with the ideas that the author had had in mind for the game and the entire graphics department was scrapped. However, things took a rapid turn for the better as the plot was edited and the rough edges streamlined over and an entire new graphics gallery slowly but surely began to appear. Now things are building again and the game hasn't got a release date yet, but things are looking positive.
